These terms apply when you use tcgbubble.shop or buy from TCG BUBBLE LTD, company number 17030821.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Product images may show packaging details that vary slightly by print run. Sealed trading-card products contain randomised contents unless stated otherwise, so specific cards, grades, pulls or resale values are not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will contact you if this affects your purchase.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect or fraud is suspected. Any affected payment will be reversed or refunded as appropriate.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK shipping is free. The order cut-off is 5:00pm London time, handling is 1–2 business days, transit is 2–3 business days and total estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our 30-day return and exchange process, free return label, condition requirements and refund timing are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. Site content, design and TCG Bubble branding may not be copied or exploited without permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. Consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply to them.
